Pointe Elementary is the Northern most school in Boone County. It opened in
2000 and was planned to house 700 students. With the growth in our community,
8 new classrooms were added in 2006 and we now house over 1000 students. The
academic success of the school has been achieved because of a dedicated group
of students, parents, community, and staff. This year our academic index was
108, up from last year’s score of 105. It remains the highest score for any
Boone County School and has been designated as a Pace Setter School by the
Kentucky department of Education. Our Mission remains, to ensure the success
of every child.
